The service

by Tina provides personal training and movement coaching — strength training, mobility, flexibility and ballet-based work — in person in Egypt and online worldwide. What each package includes is described on the packages section of the site at the time you enroll.

Your enrollment

Packages are personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared or resold. Your place is confirmed once your payment has been received and verified. For InstaPay and other manual transfers this means Tina has checked that the money has arrived; for card payments it means Stripe has confirmed the charge.

Health and safety

• Coaching is not medical advice and does not replace your doctor or physiotherapist. Speak to a medical professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, or have a health condition.
• You agree to tell Tina about any injury, condition or limitation that may affect training, and to stop and tell her if something hurts or feels wrong.
• Exercise carries an inherent risk of injury. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for training within your limits.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Card payments are charged in US dollars through Stripe and your bank handles any currency conversion. InstaPay transfers are made in Egyptian pounds at the exchange rate shown at checkout, which is an estimate until Tina confirms your transfer. We may change prices at any time; the price you saw when you enrolled applies to that enrollment.

Scheduling and cancellations

Sessions and check-ins follow the rescheduling, freeze and expiry rules in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Your content

If you submit a review or testimonial, you allow Tina to display it on the site and in her marketing. Photos or videos of your training are only ever shared with your consent.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, by Tina is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from your participation, except where the law does not allow that to be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you enroll is the one that applies to you.
