Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Coaching application: your name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, country and city, and your answers about your goals, obstacles, motivation and training experience. These answers can touch on your health and fitness, so please share only what you are comfortable with.
• Enrollment: your name, email or phone, country, optional address and city, the package you chose and how you chose to pay.
• Reviews: your name, email, phone, country, rating and review text. Only your name, country, rating and review text are ever shown publicly, and only after Tina approves it.
• Contact messages: your email address and message.
• Payments: card details are entered only on Stripe’s own secure page — we never see or store them. For InstaPay you send the transfer yourself and may share proof of payment with Tina on WhatsApp.
• On your device: the site saves your chosen theme and a copy of the page content in your browser’s local storage so it loads faster. We use privacy-friendly Vercel analytics that do not use advertising cookies.

Why we use it

• to review your application, arrange and deliver your coaching, and confirm your schedule;
• to process your enrollment and payment and send you receipts and confirmations;
• to answer your messages;
• to moderate and display reviews;
• to keep basic business, tax and accounting records, and to protect the site from spam and fraud.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Stripe (card payments), Resend (sending email), WhatsApp (messaging, when you choose to contact Tina there) and, when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection). Your browser also loads fonts and code libraries from Google Fonts and jsDelivr. Some of these providers are located outside Egypt, so your information may be processed in other countries.

How long we keep it

We keep application and enrollment records for as long as needed to provide your coaching and to meet accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. Contact messages and unsuccessful applications are deleted once they are no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to or withdraw consent for how we use it. Message Tina using the link below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority. We handle personal data in line with applicable data-protection laws, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, for clients in the EU and UK, the GDPR.

Security and children

Access to your information is restricted to Tina, and data is stored with reputable providers over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending anything you would not want shared. This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page and the date above.
